Up for your consideration is a Sterling Silver Floral Brooch by Harry Iskin.
Description - out of the 40s, and from the design genius of Harry Iskin, comes to you this outstanding sterling silver brooch - designed in retro fashion as a double floral motif, this piece is decorated w/lovely, upside-down and open-backed, baby blue rhinestones - outstanding metal work finish off this shining example of 40s retro fashion that is like nothing else!
Measurements - approximately 2.5" x 2" - a nice, large size that is sure to get noticed and bring on the complements.
Date - c1930-1950.
Marking - stamped ""Sterling HI" w/the hallmark symbol for Harry Iskin" - please see pictures.
Weight - total actual weight is 0.4 oz (11.34 grams).
Condition - Great: while the stones do show use marks, this hard to find, designer piece does have a fine patina associated w/age and shows little other evidence of age or use - it still wears wonderfully! Otherwise, all materials are present, clear, and chip/flake free; the hardware is in good, working order.

How I Ship My Jewelry - I do not believe that jewelry, let alone vintage jewelry w/rhinestones, should be shipped in padded envelopes. Your jewelry, where possible, will be shipped in a new, cotton-filled jewelry box, but will always be shipped to you in a cardboard shipping box and padded w/both tissue and bubble wrap.
About My Sterling & Silver Jewelry - Unless requested, Sterling/Silver Jewelry will not be polished, preserving the patina associated w/age. Additionally, I do not recommend polishing old Retro brooches, as the patina/wear adds to their mystique and nostalgia.
